Shakodon no Mise

This is a shop built on the owner’s desire to use local mantis shrimps to prepare delicious “shako-don,” mantis shrimp meat served on top of rice. While mantis shrimp catches have been decreasing, the shop focuses on natural mantis shrimps and serving them with the taste from long ago. The key to the shop’s success is offering shako-don not available anywhere else.
