Born in Sanuki (Kagawa Prefecture), the owner makes Plum Udon noodles using hand-kneaded dough topped with homemade pickled plums made from Nanko Plums and perilla. The result is an exquisite balance of sweat and sour. You are highly encouraged to try the Sanuki Udon with its authentic taste.
