Sightseeing Spots

There are lots of camellias growing wild on Hi-shima Islands, the “Island of Camellias.” It’s wonderful to be enticed by the crimson red flowers to take a leisurely walk around the entire island. Squeezed from the seeds of the camellia, camellia oil is a pure specialty product of the island.
Best time to see: Mid-March
