Large Stone for Good Matches and Conception
Located on a mountain to the west of Taka-shima Island, it is the largest stone in West Japan dedicated to female genitalia. On the island, gods for good matches, conception, smooth childbirth, and the absence of female medical problems are worshipped. It is believed that when prayers are offered, blessings are received. Before the war, the location was used as a high vantage point to observe the beach seines catching sardines, and it affords a very expansive view.
