Isshokenmen Hayakawa Ramen
Boiled pork back fat is added to Japanese-style seafood stock and chicken stock to create ever-popular Hayakawa Ramen. The Shio (Salt) Ramen in the photo brings in the highest number of female repeat customers. In addition to tatami seating, the shop also has tables and is very popular among families with children.
