Using raw milk from the dairy cows raised on the reclaimed land and vegetables from Wako Farm, the owners of the shop are fastidious about how the local ingredients are prepared. The gelato they produce is filled with their love for Kasaoka. And for those who dislike vegetables, “ice vegetables”?!
