Japanese-style restaurant serving cuisine made using oysters from Yori-shima island, cheese from Mt. Hiruzen, and other ingredients from Okayama, which you can enjoy with sake around the country. And on the unofficial menu is Chinese noodles, highly regarded among connoisseurs and a mystery ramen of which only 20 meals are made per day. The skill of the chefs is admired everywhere for the outstanding flavor they produce. Among the superb items they create are elegant soups which use chicken bone and dried sardines, as well as ginger which gives them their pleasant aroma, in addition to slices of chicken and pork which bring out their deep, rich taste.
