So Tempting is the Chicken Broth Full of Vegetables
A highly prosperous shop which local patrons flock to at noontime. The soup combines a chicken broth made from chicken bone and vegetables boiled for 18 hours in a large custom-made pot, with a secret soy sauce handed from past generations thrown in. All of the works together to bring out the deep rich flavor of the chicken and a mellow sweetness. Vegetables grilled with sesame oil are added as toppings. The color and taste are wonderful and you will not be able to resist having a bowl.
