Seafood Stock With the Scent of the Sea Keeps Bringing Customers Back
The owner build the Chinese noodles shop himself and customers are always lined up in front because of its reputation for “great taste.” He has 35 years of experience cooking Japanese food and the soup he makes uses seafood stock based on bonito, kombu, and dried sardines to which he adds soy sauce. The resulting Japanese style soup is phenomenal. Plumb, thin and wide noodles with a chewy texture, rich backfat, and green onions stir-fried with seasoning oil intensify the flavor.
