Ehime Irises at the Hakodayama Shrine
The only natural habitat in the eastern limits of the world for the Ehime iris is in Kasaoka City. You can find the rare flower at the Hakodayama Shrine in the Yoshida District where they are raised by local residents. They are in bloom for only about a month, at the same time as the Yaezakura double-flowered cherry blossoms.
