Manabe-shima Island
Mt. Shiro Lookout
This is the highest peak on Manabe-shima Island (elevation 127 m) and visible in the distance through the clouds and smoke is the Sanuki and Iyo Mountain Range. Looking down can be seen the Shiwaku Islands. The view brings to mind the poems composed by Hosokawa Yusai, a prominent person of culture during the Warring States Period and Azuchi-Momoyama Period.
